Major Tasks
? Design and champion strategic planning programs to set up the linkage and controllable process to ensure the smooth dialogue and cascade down the requests among sales/customers demand, raw materials procurement, production and supply chain delivery at aggregate level.
? Develop the process and lead the activities of demand analysis to overall foresee the risk and opportunity with 24 months rolling forecast, while identifying the gap closing solutions with costs effectiveness cross-functionally.
? To be the facilitator of Supply Review of IBP(Integrated Business Planning) program, act as the owner to give the feedback and outcome to unconstrained demand plan and integrated reconciliation.
? Manage the safety stock to execute the agreed demand plan with reasonable flexibility to ensure the OTIF at committed service level.
? Work closely with production team to fulfill the effective production scheduling to run the plants efficiently.
? Coordinate cross-functionally for the emerging issue identification and impact indication.
? Lead the planning/scheduling team (incl. master planners, production planners) in each facility to ensure the high performing with right competencies
Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration and supply chain management
? Minimum 10 year experience in planning management related roles, prefer to have the experience in food industry.
? 3 years team supervisory/manager experience
? Fluent English speaker
? Strong Word, Excel skills
? Broad perspective on keen sense of priorities.
? Problem solving skills
? Effective communication skills
? Strong preference given to candidates with experience on inventory management.
? Successful experience on project management would be competitive
? Strong presentation skill and data analysis capability
? Be available for frequent business trips in China
